Replacement sim

I ordered a replacement sim online on 10/12/2022 and still have not received it but am still being billed for it. Been inshore and told they can't help because I already ordered online. How long is it going to take till i receive one as it said 2 working days?

I am sorry to hear you are still waiting for your replacement SIM. 

I would recommend giving us a call to ensure this has been sent, alternatively, your local EE Store can provide a SIM as long as you are able to provide photo ID.
