My sim stopped working, I ordered a new one that arrived in time but it's still not working. It's been four days and I don't know what to do. I called several times I never managed to talk to a real person instead I was on hold for hours.
I need my phone for work, no one can call me, what do I do? There is no EE store in my town.

Did you order a replacement SIM card or a new SIM card? If it was not a replacement SIM card, then you will need to activate it first.
Unfortunately, you will need to speak to them to get this sorted if it was a replacement SIM card to get this sorted. You could try using facebook or X, which was previously Twitter, they may be able to help.

No idea why the moderator marked this comment as a solution… no one could solve this issue even in your store, and after 3 SIM cards I had to switch to a different network provider.
