Replacement sim card

Hi 

How long dose it take for a replacement sim card to arrive by post as i ordered a replacement sim card 12 daýs ago and it still havent arrived yet

Welcome to the community,

You should have received it by now. I would suggest speaking to customer service, make sure they have the correct address, or if you are near an EE high street store, you can go there with ID and get a replacement SIM card.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
