Replacement Sim Request

Unfortunately I got caught in the rain yesterday and I believe my sim card is now damaged.

How do I get a replacement sim card? I can't seem to order online as they want to send an OTP number to my phone. And if I call the helpline number (a mobile) there doesn't seem to be any options for sim cards and I am told I will need to remain on hold for 30 minutes.

@JoannaSa You just the most relevant to your issue. Or you go to a EE store with in date photo ID and make this request there.

You can not do this online without receiving a text because this is what keeps your number on your account and stops someone from trying to obtain your number.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
