Replacement SIM card

Hi, I ordered a replacement sim card for my iPhone (old one stopped working), I received today and replaced by around 2pm, it is now 4:20pm and still nor working. It recognise the network provider as EE but unable to make calls or receive texts. Can anyone help please?

Was your old SIM faulty?

Have you tried switching your phone off and on?

What do you mean by the network provider being recognised? Does the phone show coverage indicators?

Hi Katie, 

I assume my old SIM was damaged as it suddenly said no SIM and I was not even able to turn on mobile data. With the replacement card I'm able to turn mobile data however I  can see it says no service.

Yes, I did try turn it on and off several times and no change.

If the SIM card is showing no EE service this morning, please call us from any other phone or log into the EE app and select Help to see if a 'message us' options shows available. 

Our mobile guides will get the SIM card registered for you if this is needed.
