You can either order a replacement SIM card using the EE App, or by ringing customer service, or by going into an EE high street store with photo ID.
What is the problem with your SIM card. Has it been lost or stolen? If so then I would strongly advise you to ring customer service and let them know and they will send out a replacement. Ways to call are in my signature.
