Repacement sim card

Hi i have received my new sim, thank you after i reported my old one lost, i have placed it in my new device but there is no connection and I'm not able to telephone you as i have no other phone to contact you, is there anyway you could help please.

You can chat with our customer care team if you select the message us option on the contact us page. The team can make sure the SIM card is registered for you.
