Registration

I have transferred two phones from BT and taken my original numbers which have been completed.  I have tried to register online but it keeps saying there is an error and they are fixing it and to return later. This has been the same message all weekend.  Any ideas?

Are you trying to register for a My EE account to view your account details?

If yes, when you are registering are you using the temp number provided by EE or the number you have ported over?
