There is no access to individual customer accounts on this public internet forum, and neither is it a wise idea posting your email address for all to see.

I suggest editing that out ASAP unless the site admins beat you to it

So what should I do to solve this problem? Nobody has sent me a reply email. How will this problem be resolved?

Hi @Melihgobelek

The issue is likely becase you're not in the UK.

You'll need to speak to EE CS: https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I wonder if customer service sees the messages I'm writing here. If so, could they please email me? I can't reach customer service at all.

I bought a new e-SIM and after scanning the QR code, it's stuck on the activation screen. What should I do?

Hi @Melihgobelek,

Welcome to the EE Community

Customer services are not available via email, but you can find the contact details to get in touch with them on our contact us page.

We have no access to orders via this forum to help directly, but from what you are saying this is a Travel SIM purchase?

If so have you tried logging in to the Travel SIM page to see if you are able to re-download the SIM from here? You can also request a refund from this page if you are unable to use the SIM.
