Having exactly this issue - lost my sim card; got a replacement sent which impressively arrived in 24 hours but popped it into my phone and it isn't working.         Then get stuck in the Phone loop from hell trying to get through to anyone.

It sounds like you may need to speak to our Mobile Care team so they can check to make sure that it's activated fully.
