Hi leanne, I ordered a new sim ,put it in phone and nothing, made an account and still nothing. Any help.much appreciated 😊

Is it a replacement SIM or a brand new account?

Pay as you go or pay monthly?

Thankyou, it's a brand new sum, payg. 

It's a payg sim that o ordered from ee. Put it in phone and nothing. I've tried everything.

Do you have an active credit balance or an active pack? You can check on our automated 150 service. Once it's fully active, you should be able to link your account.

I ordered the 20GB £10 pack, It says to pay for subscription pack and set up monthly payments but I can't even call 150. Its not connecting to EE at all.

What reports back when you text BALANCE to 150?

Are you able to receive calls?

If not, this would indicate your SIM is not yet active.

I can't connect at all to call 150, when I click on ee network in settings to connect it can't register  for some reason.
