Having the same problem, the network is not working so can’t even make a call to them, and the chat is not working. I’ve got important call coming this week, and my phone hasn’t been working the past week

I am, there’s no option to speak to anyone says chat is open between 8 and 10.30 but no option to start the chat

Live chat is showing as available now. Are you using a VPN or outside of the UK?
