I'm also having activation issues, just received iPhone 14 max pro with new SIM this morning, have put some in went through set up but no service, I have done the usual taken SIM out put back in, turned phone off and on and even factory reset but nothing, went to my EE found activate SIM but asking to put new number in which makes no sense to receive code as it's not active so put my other number in to receive code but saying "that didn't work".

Never had an issue with set up so will just send back.

I would recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team again now that the 24 hours is up. They will be able to investigate what's happening for you.

Did they say reactivation on SIM card? As that won't work if the phone has been blacklisted as this blocks the whole phone so will not receive any service, that's exactly same phone I recently got, if the sim works in another phone it's definitely the new phones IMEI number has been blacklisted

What was the reason for the new SIM card? 

Is this a brand new line, or a replacement for an existing SIM card?
