Hi @dannym14.

Did you ever have service on the phone or has it not worked since you got it?

What was done to make it work by 5pm?

Jon

Iv never had service since Iv had the phone.
The last “fix” was to delete 3 Esims that had been attempted by EE and activate a physical sim. That failed to activate at 5pm yesterday and I’m still without a phone or service 6 days after upgrade.

Thanks @dannym14.

Do you currently have an active physical SIM card?

Jon

The sim swap was active from iPhone 12 to 14. Since the swap Iv not had an active sim.

im now into sim no4 and still without service. Iv now been told the shop can do no more and I have to ring customer care.

Is this SIM a physical one, and has this one been registered @dannym14?

We need to establish why the SIM cards aren't working of you've had so many of them.

One possibility is to try your SIM in your old phone or another phone to see if it works in there.

This would help to see if there is a potential issue with the new phone.

Hi Danny

On your next call to Tech Support, please ask them for the exact error message and record it on this chat.

Also add on this chat whether you entered Yes to the prompt for an eSIM.

Thanks
