I changed sim cards from my old t mobile to a ee sim in the shop they put in a tablet sim i went back to the shop in Peterborough and the the man said the problem will be fixed in 5 days that was monday he never changed the sim i still cant ring out or take calls

Can send texts and get texts cant ring or get calls or get on 150 at all so i can talk to some one

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems making calls with your new SIM.

I'd recommend contacting Technical Support on 07953 966 150 from another phone so a member of the team can take a look at this for you.
