Hi 

my sim has been blocked and I need a PUK code, the info does not match up with what’s on my ee account and of course I can’t call ee, my partner has tried ringing off his phone but still no help, any idea how to get a code

@SalihIdris : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.

The PUK code is unique to each SIM card, so the one in the EE app or online account should be the right one for your SIM @SalihIdris 

If it is not matching you would need to give our tech guides a call so they can access your account and check the PUK that is shown there against the SIM number.
