Re: PAC code not working

Hi we are having exactly the same problems , both our phones will not accept the PAC codes whichever way you try just keeps saying wrong format  should be ABC123456 , we have until 6th June

Please help Leanne or EE support , we are a family with 2 disabled people we were told this process of keeping our numbers from bt to ee would be simple ,but oh no . Spend all day trying but the PAC codes on both phones aren’t the right format ABC123456 so no phones in case of emergencies

If no PAC has been provided, your existing (old) phones will remain active for now - this shouldn't create any safety issues.

You may need to submit your PAC via CS, if the webform doesn't accept them.
