Same problem. However, in addition I have  not inserted one sim yet but BT have disconnected the number. 4 lines and no-one can make or receive a call to any number. How do we contact support services?

Well well Leanne 

Now cannot make calls because Bill has not been paid!!!

When ported a BT account   Broadband, TV and mobile I gave all bank details to Natasha to transfer account. 

Broadband has be debited but appears the mobile data has not been set up!

So outgoing calls cannot be made as bill not paid.

So first sim was data only and now after borrowing phones to get that resolved we don't have a live line because your administration did not submit my direct debit. 

Come on. Get this sorted.  I am beginning to understand why I left EE years ago.

Hi @MDYapton 

Have you managed to speak with our Mobile Care team about this yet? If you're still able to borrow another phone to get through, they should be able to look into why it wasn't set up and get you active again as soon as possible.

It appears my partner has been able to set up the DD with you guys.

However, how do I now check my mobile account via the app? All that is showing is my broadband and TV accounts plus offers for mobiles.

Thanks for coming back to us. 

If you log into your EE account, and then scroll to the bottom of the page, do you see an option for linking your mobile number?

I think you mean link another product.  I cannot do this at present as I have not been able to insert new sim as I'm abroad. Therefore cannot obtain pass code. Shall I get one of the associated family sim numbers to try?

Thank you, this would ask for the mobile number to link to the account @MDYapton 

If you are the account holder you can call us from any phone on +44 (0)7953 966 150 and the team can get the accounts linked to show all numbers on the account.
