I've just moved over to EE (14/11/23) and it looks like it's going to take nearly two weeks to get my two mobile numbers ported.  I wasn't told it would take this long which is annoying as my OTP's go to my old provider who still has my mobile number.  Also anyone calling me just gets a voice message that I can't see or hear.  Contacted EE and they said to make a phone call lasting 2 to 5 minutes long to trigger the porting procedure.  I was never told this when taking out the contract.  Hopefully this will do the trick??

The numbers for my two mobiles were ported today but the original phone numbers have been reversed i.e. someone calling my number will ring on my wife's phone and visa-versa.  I called EE and they said that the simplest way to resolve this was to swap the SIM cards which worked OK.  In my case this was fine but if you had different plans then this could be a problem.
