Me too. I called and they told me just to wait until my Plusnet sim stopped working. I’m still using it today , but my EE contract started on 2 Aug.

It should have transferred across the next working day. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team again so they can check this for you.

Have just called EE for the third time. I’ve now been told to put the EE sim in my phone and I’ll be without my number for 24 hours until it transfers. Unfortunately got cut off before EE could fully check my account out.

Not sure why the first two people didn’t say that. One told me to wait until I got an email to put my sim in. Then another told me just to wait until my plusnet sim stopped working.
