Moved from o2 along with my number, but have lost my new EE SIM card so not sure what to do. I am on a pay as you go contract so buying a new sim is not an issue but I want to keep my number  and can’t seem to find any useful information to sort this our so help please

@vanrico7 Go to an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or phone CS for a replacement SIM for £1.50. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

L ordered a replacement sim several days ago how long should I expect to wait for the replacement

The SIM card can take 2-5 working days to be delivered by Royal Mail.
