If you have lost your phone, there are two ways to get a replacement SIM.
One is to give our customer service guides a call from another phone, and they can suspend the lost SIM and arrange for a replacement to be posted out to you.
Alternatively, if you are the account holder and have an EE store nearby, you can go in store with photo ID (either a driving licence or passport) and they will activate a replacement with your number.
