Hello, I'm having same problem. Said they will sort the change and Told to make a call with new SIM when i got it and the change will go through. Few days later nothing so I done it manually and it said it should go through by 18th Jan. Mind you this was started before Christmas. Why so long? Is there a way to check that it's going through and you have done it right?

Did you receive a text confirming your number port will complete on the 18th or was this advised from a customer care agent?

It's a text saying will take place by 6pm on the 18th which is a long time to wait.

I'm not sure why it has selected 18 January, it's usually the next working day. It could be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team to see if it can be done tomorrow.
