How long does a PAC code take to activate

I sent my pac on 1/12/23 and it says it will be active by 27/12/23. That seems a long time and I’m not sure why. I’m still waiting for my number to transfer.

Number transfers are usually completed within two working days.

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team who can check the status of your transfer.
