There is no information on replacing a damaged sim card anywhere that I can find.

Welcome to the community.

In order to get a new SIM card, you'll need to either speak with our customer support team or pop into your nearest EE store. We have a How to Swap My SIM or Get a New SIM help page that has some more information.
