Have locked sim after 3 failed entries and require PUK code?

Am in Thailand and have bought a roaming SIM but my phone appears to be blocking it

A PuK code is needed when too many pin attempts to unlock your phone has been entered. No need to worry though you can easily get your PuK code from your MyEE account
