Hello, i have a mobile plan however i am not able to add the esim on my new mobile phone and old one has been reset already i lost thephysical sim too. Can i please get a support for me to set it up please

Welcome to the EE Community
If you are looking to transfer your eSIM to a new phone this would be done by logging into the app or website and going to the Manage Mobile> Settings> SIM/eSIM> Replace SIM/eSIM and following the steps there.
