@Fam4 : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.

That doesn't work. There is PUK number displayed but it doesn't unlock the phone

@colinwaugh1 : The PUK is for unblocking the SIM. If you want to unlock the phone to use any network you would need the unlocking code. Is that what you are after?
