The how to unlock or find your PUK code is outdated in the community forum. To find your PUK code, just to to account settings and scroll down and you will see a PUK code for your device. Make sure the number shown in the box at the top of the page is the number for the device you are trying to find the PUK code for.

Yes you are right EE information is out dated.
Go to the web page https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile/settings-permissions
The puk code is on there.

@IsaacDavies : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
