Protecting my PAYG SIM card.

Hey everyone, I’ll be using my pay as you go SIM card for 2 factor authentication, how can I make sure that if I lose the SIM card customer services can replace such card?

I electronically top up via rolling monthly debit but the EE app just takes my first name and email and number , not my address.

I just want to be safe and secure going forward as I’ve lost pay as you go sims in the past.

@Higson_apple  You contact customer services and request a replacement SIM card or you go to a EE store and request a replacement SIM card.

Silly question how do you loose a SIM card ?   Why take it out the device?

Hi Chris, I was robbed at knife point and New Year’s Eve and they took my phone.

Not all questions are silly.
