I use a nano sim
I get my sim from EE earlier this year. Recently I switched from Voxi to EE. Every time I make calls it says I dialled and incorrect number
i spoke to EE’s level 2 team and was waiting for a reply from the complex care team
the agent ended our conversation on the chat us function
i can’t make or receive calls
The agent suspected something is wrong with my sim. Apparently EE can send another sim and nothing will happen with my pack. Data and SMS work just not calls.

Update: I was just issued a replacement sim this afternoon. Will come in 2-3 days and I believe it’s a £1.50 charge with Royal Mail delivery. Hopefully this new sim has no problems and I can make and receive calls.
since I can’t call I did wait a while on the EE chat to us. The technical adviser helped a lot
