Can I Replace physical SIM with an eSIM

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and was wondering whether I could completely replace my physical sim with an eSIM. This is for security reason for example if my phone is stolen the sim can’t be removed and my phone remains connected to the internet.

If you are on an EE Pay Monthly contract you can swap to an eSIM from within the MyEE app.

It's always a good idea to set a SIM PIN so if your phone is restarted or the SIM removed, you have to enter the PIN or it won't work.
