Hello. From Saturday I am waiting for the number to be transferred from Virgin to your network. It's been over 48 hours and my number is still on Virgin. Please help.

@MarcinP78 You’ll need to call customer service ms about this as it should have been done on Tuesday.

A PAC is normally actioned the working day after you submit it, providing that's before 5.30pm
If it's longer than that, CS have access to your account and should be able to assist further.
