Porting has failed

I am transfering 4 numbers for my family from BT to EE. the porting should have started on friday but nothing happened untill this morning when my wifes number has been ported to the sim i set up with my  number. I am very concerned as we have all had our numbers for some time and they are used for work. I tried to call and get fed through a useles automated system. IS there a number to call (not 150)?

No porting occurs over the weekend so any numbers added Friday will be processed today/this week. 

150 is EE CS number.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Any PAC submitted by approx 5pm on Thursday should be ported-in on Friday. Beyond that, and the PAC is treated as submitted on Friday for port-in Monday. After 5pm on Friday, the PAC is submitted on Monday for port-in Tuesday.

Sadly not what they told us last week and if we had known we would not have attempted to port over the weekend. Also the 150 takes you to a an automated maze that does not allow you to talk to anyone and only solves vanilla problems…
