My EE contract recently finished and my partner has a phone on my account as a add-on so they've both ran out and we want to leave EE. I have switched companies and requested a PAC code to witch over. It worked for my number and I have been switched over. My partner is also trying to leave EE and when requesting a PAC code it is the same code as the one I was given and used so the code doesn't work for him. How do i get a different PAC code? I selected his number but it was still sending the same one that i used,

Hi @Libbyw2110 I'm sorry to hear that you're leaving us, I hope we can have you back on our network in the Future.
It's possible to have multiple numbers attached to one PAC, you'd just need to specify which number you want on your new contract, and then the new provider can move your number to that line
You can find more information on the PAC process by clicking this link: PAC
If you're having issues transferring your number via that PAC, the number that you want to move over may not be attached to that PAC.
I recommend calling one of our guides so that they can check which numbers are attached to your PAC.
To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other line.
