Hi,
Purchased a business sim only plan and sent my PAC on Tuesday afternoon to keep my o2 number. Wednesday morning the number was showing on the EE sim and I could make calls but all messages and incoming calls were still going to the o2 sim. Had numerous calls with tech team with not much help bar being told to wait 24 hrs. Repeated the same on Thursday. It’s now Friday and the issue is still not resolved. Calls and texts still going to o2 sim.
Both services are active. Can make calls showing the same phone number from both sims but incoming calls and texts are still going to O2.
Tech are saying the port is complete but when I try to link the number to my EE account it’s not a valid ee number.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The port is incomplete. You can't/shouldn't have 2 SIMs with the same no.

I know. But tech are telling me the port has been complete from Wednesday. Can you check it out if I post the number?

No, I can't! This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account. You need to raise this with CS.
Anyway you don't go around posting phone nos. on this public forum. You wanna be scammed?

You have what's known as a split port. Not so much two SIMs live with the same number, because "Calls and texts still going to o2 sim".
You need to report this to EE-CS, who have a process to resolve this. Whoever in CS calls themselves "tech" (I have my suspicions on which "department" this is) are clearly wrong to suggest the port is complete - perhaps ask them if incoming calls still going to your old network is symptomatic of a complete port-in.

I had presumed if you were part of CS/admin you could have redacted sensitive information posted here. Apologies.
