Porting Number Different Surname

I have a EE contract in my name which has been used by my daughter for years - she is now married and wants to move to her own contract in her married name with a different provider but keep the number.

Is this a issue

Ideally this should be performed as two separate tasks.

1: Split the contracts so that the legal ownership of the phone in question is changed to that of your daughter.

2: Request a PAC to port her number out to her chosen provider

Task 1 will require a call to EE CS on 150 with both of you present to "donate" & "receive" legal ownership. A PAC can then be issued by CS or requested via text message afterwards.
