Plusnet to ee keep my number

Hi I want to keep my plusnet phone number ordered ee sim they said they can't port my number it is unrecognised  they said put sim in and try again or contact plusnet so I phoned plusnet they said I need to speak to ee and ask for mpn whatever that is I'm  a builder and use my phone for business use so can't afford to lose my existing number  any help would be appreciated

Welcome to the community,

You need a PAC code from Plusnet to give to EE to transfer your existing number to EE, no idea what mpn is.

Where are you looking to put your number in? Is it on the number porting form? Has it already been requested?
