Hi there,
My SIM status is disconnected and I've been a loyal EE customer for 5 years.
I've just got my bill up to date and now without warning, I am disconnected.
When will this be connected ? Is there someone I can talk to urgently ?
Please advise as I need to change a few things on my account as I feel I am paying way too much.

Was your latest payment late?
