Good afternoon all. I have recently purchased a sim only deal for my wife’s phone. Everything has gone through fine, and old number has transferred across no problem. The only thing is when I go onto settings, my phone, the number is the new SIM card number. I have changed this to the correct number, clicked save on top right, but it will not save and is still new sim number. Is this likely to create any problems? Or can anyone recommend how I sort it? Many thanks.

Hi again Leanne, sorted now thanks, it was showing both numbers on iMessage. I deleted the new sim number, and hey presto all sorted. The proper number is now showing on my phone, so all good. Thanks again for your help.

What device does she have? 

The transfer can take up to midnight to fully complete, if this is going through today.
