Phone not working

Just bought a new phone with ee, I got a text to say my number has transferred across, and now neither my old or new phone are allowing me to call or text anyone. My ee also isn't recognising my number as an ee account number.

Any ideas as I'm very stuck and have no way of being contacted or contacting someone else at the moment.
