Phone calls not working

Hi, i have recently got a new phone and transferred the physical sim card over. it seems like my data and texts are working but i cant make phone calls as it says that any number i call is incorrect and it doesn’t let anyone call my number either

iphone 14 - texts and data have also stopped working overnight

no i just used the one from my last phone - an XR

If you still have your XR can you please try popping your SIM in there and see if it still works?
Also when you set up the new phone, did it mention anything about migrating your service over to an eSIM?
