Hi, I'm new to EE. I've recently bought an EE Pay As You Go SIM and gave my PAC during the purchase to move my number from o2. The SIM arrived today, what do I need to do next?
I don't have other mobile devices so I'll be using my current mobile. Do I just pop the new SIM in to activate it, then put my o2 SIM back and use until its stops working?

Put your EE SIM in your phone & connect it to the EE network. That will activate it & your no. will port within 1 working day.

I have inserted the EE SIM and received a text message from EE saying that they will transfer my number by 6pm on 03/02. Which isn't 1 working day. Also I'm unable to log on to EE app.
