Hi everyone, can someone please advise me as to how I can get a replacement pay monthly simcard
as I had my phone stolen so I can’t call it. Any ideas Thanks In advance Declan Holden

Please try EE web if you are logged in or able to login without OTP and by just using password in your laptop or other device; In my account you can see sim option.
Best to call customer care and authenticate yourself and they might place order for you. To avoid any unauthorised access like call, internet or any scam it’s better to call EE as soon as possible and after validation ask them to stop your SIM ASAP
At last, which I always prefer is bring your identity proof and visit nearest EE store.

Please get in touch on 07953 966 250 (you can call from any phone) as soon as possible to report it.
Our dedicated lost and stolen team will disconnect your SIM to avoid any unauthorised use and send you out a replacement.

@Kev138 : You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. to your UK addy.
