hi I lost my phone and have orderd a new sim online several times sim dosnt arrive, I really need that number and sim to access my iCloud, am registered with ee

I'm sorry to hear about your phone. When did you order the SIM? It should arrive within 4-5 days through the postal service.

Are you near an EE Store? As al alternative, you could pop in for a replacement SIM. You'd need to take in some photo ID with you.
