hi I received my pac code from my network provider. I switch to re. When I gave my pac code to ee customer service, they are saying it’s not valid. They are asking me to ask my network provider. It’s frustrating because my previous network provider has shut down so contacting them is out of reach

Who is your previous provider?
If you've not used the PAC, then your old line should still be live and you can request a new PAC.
