No SIM No Service

How did I request a new SIM as my current one has developed a No Service No SIM issue ? How do I get my current number transferred to it?

@Baldric8   If you request a replacement SIM card just sticking that sim in your device and allowing it to activate should be good enough. Your number should transfer after a few hours after activation.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
