Pac Transfer from o2

I moved from o2 to EE yesterday (Sunday) and have downloaded my Esim.

I also have my old o2 physical sim in the phone. I can see that the data is already working on the EE sim but the number hasnt been transferred.

How long does this normally take and how will i know its been done?

If the eSIM was downloaded yesterday, the number transfer should complete tomorrow for you.

Thanks. The port process started an hour ago and i now have no signal or internet. How long does this normally take to complete?

The process can take until the end of the day, but it's usually much quicker.

You'll receive a text message to let you know when it is complete.
