PUK code

I have a locked Sim and it’s asking for a PUK code, I don’t know where it says manage device so I don’t know how to fix it

You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.
