I need help because my SIM card says its locked and I can’t text or call people because I need a PUK code but I don’t know the PUK code it said to contact EE but I can’t as I need the code and also my mobile data doesn’t work I think that’s because the SIM is locked how do I unlock it and how do I get the PUK code???

Thanks for coming here. 

You can access your PUK code to unblock your SIM card via your My EE Account.

Go to Menu >Manage device, scroll down to Unblock SIM (PUK code), select Show PUK code.

Do you get the option to add the PUK code on the device?

You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.

It used to say locked sim but now it says invalid sim what does that mean and how do I get my PUK code because I tried to find it they way they said but it didn’t work:(

Yeah same I really need to know how to fix it also it said locked sim at the top of my phone but now it says invalid sim:/

I do not have the option to add the PUK code on my device I think this is because I’m not logged in properly I’ve don’t most of the steps to logging in but I can’t do the last one because I do not know my home broadband and I can’t add my phone number because I do not receive messages with the verification code on it as my SIM card is locked which means I cannot log in to my EE account and find my PUK code to unblock my SIM card:( this is really complicated and hopefully you’ll be able to help:)

@AbiTaylor1   you’ll have to call customer services to get your PUK code. Obviously you’ll need to call from a different device.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

ive got similar problems but it doesnt let me call anyone not even ee?
